What types of payments do you accept?
Tickets can be purchased through our website using the ticket button, we use eventbright! Purchasing your tickets online makes it quick to scan and get vehicles moving! This way, more people can enjoy the lights without having to wait in line as long!

It's Raining, are ya'll open?
Heavy rains, please call ahead of time to see if we will be open! 210-980-1978
If it is sprinkling or lighter rains we will be open and suggest coming to see the water on the light displays, as it is a very magical experience! The lights twinkle like glitter!

Can I Exit My Vehicle?
For your safety and the safety of others you may NOT get out of your vehicle! You are welcome to stop and get pictures and video from inside your car, and take as much time as you like on the drive! tag us in photos @TheSouthPoleSA
Will My Car Have any Problems Making it Through the Drive?
NO! Our roads are professionally paved, there will not be dirt or muddy areas. There are no steep hills, or climbs! Our mile drive is easy for everyone!
Reminder: Vehicles over 8ft and/or longer than 30ft will not fit!
What If I Am In Line After Closing Time?
We close at 10pm, however if you are in line after closing time, we will NOT turn you away! We want everyone to enjoy the lights, and we appreciate your patience during peak hours!
Why Is the Line Taking So Long?
We hope to keep the line moving by scanning tickets quickly! If someone did not purchase their tickets online it may take a little longer for them to get through the ticket booth!
Once you are in the park we will have a passing lane to keep slower traffic to the right, and keep everyone moving!
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during peak hours, especially moving into the holiday season! Our goal is to be worth the wait!

YES! We are open on the holidays! Everyone has busy schedules, we will be open everyday for everyone to have a chance to see the Holiday Magic!

We will be opening in November at 6:00pm and closing January
